BCSA Technical Solutions were launched in the fall of 2006 by Björn Carlsson and Patrik Samuelsson after a time of brainstorming over the lack of a production technique supplier that were
all ear for the customer.

There were actors in the market that had these intentions. But more than often this intentions did not reached all the way. This were recognised by BCSA as the lack of time spent with the customer trying to see how and why the production worked a certain way at different customers.
Yes, experience is one of the main resources in these areas, but without the understanding of a certain customer’s production we believe that you can not reach all the way.

The name BCSA is by the way a combination of the letters in the founder’s names.

BCSA Technical Solutions idea is to spend time in their production and learn the specific customers need and to understand its needs. And with close cooperation bring the needs to the surface and deliver a very satisfying solution.

Despite the close cooperation with the customer, there are a distinctive corner stone in BCSA´s way of working. That is to not interfere and dislocate the customers focus from their core business during the process to a solution.

BCSA is a complete solution supplier, meaning that we can take care of the complete project from idea to key ready deliverance if there is a need.

Extra resource

 

This idea, to spend time with the customer and its production, has opened another aspect. While BCSA spent time on site, we have been asked to act as an extra resource in their production support workshops, both hands on repairing or making new parts or spares for production tools, to making drawings in CAD. We liked this idea, so we offered it as a product, and this has been success.

We have been helping out customers during periods of low staff, or when there is a new production project that shall be launched. This make our understanding for the customers production grow, and we can be of more assistance.
